Things are looking better for the sales in Kandiyohi County.Things same to be moving forward as does the summer .The days on the market remain the same 189 but the sales were down about 30% from a year ago .It is still a great time to buy a home with prices and interest rates down to all time lows. Sales were down 49% in the county from the period 1/1/2010-5/19/2010 comparing it to last year the same period. The average time on the market from 1/1/2010 till 5/ 19/2010 189 days. This is a great time to buy a home.With the prices down from even a year ago.There are some good values to be had.If you are looking to buy a home please contact me .I will be very happy to show you what is out there. 

May is starting out a little slow .Sales in Willmar from April 1 to May 12th are at about half as they were for the same period last year.Listings have been good alot of homes listed in  May so far. Pending sales for the month are looking promising as well.Now that the home buying incentives are off the table.It will be intresting to see how the buying traffic will be affected.As always if I can be of any help with your realestate needs please let me know.

Hi everyone I have been going though the 1st Quarter sales in Willmar.The Willmar sales where down 25% from a year ago.I hope this is not a trend. Listings have been good.We have over 200 homes listed in Willmar.We need a few more buyers.The time is running out on the tax credit  for 1st time home buyers 8000.00. Also 6500.00 tax credit on 2nd time buyers that have lived in there home longer than 3 years. If anyone is thinking or knows anybody that is thinking of buying a new home or selling a home.
