March is still looking great as the sales pick up daily. In the county and city of Willmar there where 2 solds,4 pending sales,6 new listings and 1 contingent sale. I hope the information is helpfull.As we go through the spring let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

Hi everyone things are looking good in the weather department.Sunshine and warmer temps should bring the realestate activity around a bit.Today in kandiyohi county there are 2 pending sales,1 sold ,3 new listings, and 1 contingent sale.
